What We Ask of You

• Cancellations – We kindly request 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $35 cancellation fee.

• Furniture – For safety and liability reasons, our team does not move large or heavy furniture. Please move items in advance if you’d like those areas cleaned.

• Pets – We love furry family members! To keep them safe and comfortable, please secure pets during the cleaning.

• Move-In/Out Cleaning – Please ensure the home is completely empty.

• Access & Trip Charges
  If we arrive and the home is not prepared for cleaning—for example, lacking water or power, or being in a condition beyond the agreed-upon scope—a $50 trip charge will apply.

• Scope of Service
  If the home’s condition exceeds the scheduled scope, we will consult with you directly to determine the best approach. Should the change result in additional expenses, these will be discussed and approved prior to commencing services, ensuring there are no surprise fees. This allows us to meet your needs effectively and complete the job to your satisfaction.
